This special Halloween event for dogs and their owners features festive treats and a costume contest, where dogs and their owners will be judged on the creativity and originality of their coordinating costumes by a panel of local judges and awarded special prizes.
$10 participation fee, with all proceeds donated to local pet rescue charities.
