Plant Riverside District, known as Savannah’s Entertainment District, will host a special New Year’s Eve party at Electric Moon Skytop Lounge, featuring a live DJ, glow sticks, a photo booth, neon décor, party favors and spectacular views of the fireworks over the Savannah River at midnight.
