Calling all specters, haunts, and spirits! Join us in your best costume for a Halloween rooftop party at Electric Moon Skytop Lounge at Plant Riverside District. The festivities begin October 31st from 8pm to 1am with a live DJ and an exclusive Costume Contest. *$20 cover for admission.
