Founded in 1973, Savannah’s Waterfront is the only nonprofit dedicated solely to preserving, enhancing, and promoting Savannah’s most historic district. Our members — property owners, business leaders, and community stakeholders — work together to protect the waterfront’s character, maintain and improve its scenic appeal, and foster public engagement.

Our highest level of membership is the Stewardship Circle. These members are helping us restore and enhance the waterfront environment through their tax-deductible contributions of $12,000 or more annually. This distinguished group of business leaders are ensuring that Savannah’s Waterfront will be enjoyed by current and future generations.
