Plant Riverside District is delighted to host a special holiday dinner featuring a gourmet menu prepared by Plant Riverside District Executive Chef Eric Fullem and his talented culinary team as well as Hartford Court’s award-winning single-vineyard wines. This sophisticated dining experience will feature seasonal dishes designed to perfectly complement Hartford Court’s Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs and Zinfandel, all of which reflect the terroir of the Hartford Family Winery located in California’s famed Russian River Valley.
The Hartford Court Wine Dinner menu at Stone & Webster will feature Winter Squash Agnolotti, Sunchoke Soup with Foie Gras, Charred Halibut with Black Truffle and Dry-Aged Striploin with Pomegranate and Wild Mushroom Duxelles. Guided wine tastings will be led by Jackson Family Wines Regional Manager and Hartford Court representative Susan Campbell. In addition to a world-class dining experience, guests can enter to win a VIP tour and tasting for four at the Hartford Family Winery in Sonoma County, Calif.
Rich in personality, Hartford Court’s high-quality wines are aged to perfection in tightly grained French oak barrels in Sonoma County, Calif. The vineyard’s limited-production wines have earned acclaim from top industry publications, including Wine Enthusiast, Bon Appetit, Wine Spectator, Wine & Spirits and Wine Advocate.
