Bring out your inner artist (and sweet tooth!) at our Holiday Cookie Decorating series! Gather with friends, family, and fellow holiday enthusiasts as we decorate festive, holiday cookies to celebrate the season with our pastry team. We’ll provide freshly baked cookies in fun holiday shapes —s nowflakes, stockings, candy canes, and more — along with all the decorating essentials, from colorful icings and sprinkles to shimmering edible glitter. This event is perfect for decorators of all ages and skill levels. Take home your creations, or enjoy a taste right away! Soul Sessions – December 7 – 8pm – District Live – $125 – $135
Join us for the Holiday Edition of Soul Sessions “The Christmas Ball” on Saturday, December 7 in District Live! Join us to celebrate the holiday season at this formal Christmas party with some of your favorite Christmas R&B, Soul, and Hip Hop classics under the direction of Delandrian Aikens! Get ready for a night where peace, harmony, love and goodwill towards all will be energized through the sounds of the Holidays! The December 7th event will be hosted by Savannah local Clay Hodges who was born and raised on the Eastside where his upbringing exposed him to struggles that inspired him to use his art for the greater good. Christmas on the River – December 13 & 14 – MLK Park – Free
Get ready for a joy-filled weekend! The festivities are packed with delightful tunes, lively performances, and that infectious holiday spirit. Christmas on the River will be part of the featured entertainment during the Savannah Christmas Market at Plant Riverside District this year. A variety of dance and musical acts will be featured on Friday evening, December 13 from 5-8pm and Saturday, December 14 from 2-4pm.
The Savannah’s Waterfront 32nd Annual Lighted Christmas Parade, is set for Saturday, December 14, 2024. Imagine bands, over 50 vibrant floats, merry dancing groups, and more, all decked out in twinkling lights, creating a magical spectacle through downtown. The parade begins at Plant Riverside District on the west end of River Street at 5:30pm and continues to the east end, then winds its way up to Broughton Street and through City Market.
Brunch with Santa – December 15 – 11am – 3pm – Salzburg Ballroom – Reserve Here
Join us for a magical brunch filled with holiday cheer, delicious food, and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus! Bring the whole family to enjoy a festive brunch, where children and adults alike can savor holiday favorites.
The brunch will offer Chef’s Breakfast Omelet Action Station; French Toast Station; Morning Classics with fruit, yogurt, hash browns, bacon and sausages; Carving Stations with Black Angus Brisket and Herb Roasted Leg Lamb; Christmas Favorites with Pan Seared Salmon, Spiced Honey Roasted Carrots & Celery Root, Roasted Butternut Squash & Brussel Sprouts, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Wild Mushroom Risotto; and a Signature Dessert Display of Assorted Christmas Pies, Cakes, Tortes, and cookies.
Children can express their creativity by participating in Christmas crafts, choose their favorite Christmas face paint character, listen to classic holiday tale readings and have the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus for a memorable photo and to share their Christmas wishes.
