Several exquisite El Tesoro Tequilas will be on the tasting menu on March 21 accompanied by these delicious dishes under the direction of Chef Luis Lopez Bueno.

1st course: Wagyu Salpicon Wagyu Beef, Tamarind Sauce, Tequila Dressing, Watercress, Cured Egg Yolk
2nd course: Veracruz Bocoles Three Ways Crispy Masa Filled with Beans and Avocado Leaves, Beef in Salsa Verde and Squash Blosom with corn
3th course: Quail with Mole de Novia Roasted Quail marinated in Avocado Leaf Butter served with White Mole, Pickled Grapes and Roasted Pinenuts
4th course: Mil Hojas Dulce de Leche, Tequila Strawberries, Vanilla Ice Cream
