On Sunday, May 5th between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:30pm, come tap your feet to the vibrant and energetic Mexican music by the Mariachi Nuevo Guadalajara Band dressed in charro outfits playing the traditional trumpet, guitar, violin, and guitarrón. This band originating from Mexico City will perform on Montgomery Park Stage and Savannah Tequila Company. This seasoned band has been playing mariachi music in Mexico and the Southern Coast for over 30 years and are delighted to bring you a lively mix of traditional Mexican folk tunes, featuring upbeat rhythms and poignant lyrics that celebrate love, life, and national pride. The melodies are catchy, and the harmonies created by the blend of instruments are simply mesmerizing.
