Enjoy an evening of soulful, jazz-inspired musical selections led by Hammond B3 legend Caesar Frazier with jazz guitarist Jacques Lesure, saxophonist James Mahone and drummer Vince Ector. Born in New York City and raised in Indianapolis, Frazier is a funky soul-jazz organist who served as the principal keyboardist for Marvin Gaye. He recorded several albums for the legendary Eastbound/Westbound label in the 1970s and has collaborated with a wide range of top artists over the years, including Kanye West and Common.
MELVINS & BORIS: TWINS OF EVIL TOUR

Melvins, an iconic three-piece metal band that has had a major impact on the grunge music scene, will bring the “Twins of Evil” tour to District Live with co-headliner Boris, a heavy, experimental group named after a Melvins song. Each band will perform one classic album in its entirety: Melvins will play Bullhead; Boris will perform Heavy Rocks. Originally formed in 1983, Melvins is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary with hard-hitting, head-banging performances across the United States. Presented in conjunction with Live Nation.

GRAMMY Award-nominated singer, songwriter and blues guitarist Tab Benoit has entertained audiences with his soulful, gritty guitar riffs for more than three decades. One of the most impressive guitarists to emerge from the rich bayou of Southern Louisiana, Benoit is a two-time B.B. King Entertainer of the Year honoree and the winner of five Blues Music Awards for his groundbreaking contributions to the genre. Presented in conjunction with Live Nation.
