Sound Healing is a gentle, non-invasive way to de-stress, reduce anxiety, and achieve deep relaxation. In this one-hour experience, Chrissy and Sue will guide you through a Sound Journey using various instruments like tuning forks, gongs, and crystal or Tibetan singing bowls. These instruments emit specific frequencies to help restore the body’s natural harmony and balance. The Sound Journey session begins with breath awareness, followed by a soothing symphony of vibrations that wash over you, promoting mindfulness, releasing tension, and encouraging inner tranquility.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and any props for your comfort, as these will not be provided.***
